At Studio SC we believe in a mind and body approach to fitness. Many times in our pursuit of fitness we forget to connect our being to our movements and spirit as one. We are discouraged, bored with exercise, feel like we don’t belong or have never found our place in the world of fitness and well-being. Studio SC has developed a style of fitness we like to call “ME”. Motivational Exercise (ME) is about you! It’s your life, your well-being, your body and your spirit. We only hope to offer you the motivation to move your body the way you want, and the inspiration to reconnect with your spirit and the person you really are.
