BODY VICIOUS BARRE
Body Vicious is a complete full body experience. Our fitness family describes this class as Beyonce meets BARRE. We use a mixture of barre, yoga, pilates, and dance through out class to tap into the new you.
Bungee fitness uses resistance bungees attached to a harness allowing the workout to be performed using the individuals body weight and bungee resistance. Bouncing your way to a stronger body.
Incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric yoga sling to explore alignment and release chronic tension. By supporting 20-80% of body weight, the sling allows individuals to rapidly increase their flexibility while improving balance and core strength.
AERIAL YOGA SILKS
Aerial Silks class uses a silk hammock to assist and challenge your yoga practice. With a focus on breath, alignment, mindfulness and flow, silks allows you to flow deeper into practice and take more of your movements into the air. For intermediate to advanced moderate practice.

A flow style practice with a strong focus on alignment principals. Classes are sequenced specifically to deepen your practice by exploring specific actions with in each pose.
A practice that encourages relaxation with fluid movement, softer poses, body awareness and meditation. Gentle Flow combines softness with more dynamic movement for strength building and relief from disabilities and chronic conditions like arthritis.
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on or utilizing a chair for support. Those that participate may be unable to partake in a traditional class due to injury or disability, but it's a great practice for everyone as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.

Upbeat, fun, high energy cardio dance. These classes will be a combination of cardio fitness, dance and stretching. No dance experience necessary. If you’re looking to groove your way through a cardio session, then this class is for you.
This class is a combination of dance and yoga. A power hour like no other, we dance, sweat, yoga and repeat. No dance experience necessary, we just move the way it feels good. .
This class will teach the basics of starting a meditation practice. A guided mediation, breathing and mudras will all be utilized. Calm the mind, set intentions for life or learn to be at peace with self in this class. This class will be held in our mediation room in dim lighting.
TRAUMA-SENSITIVE AERIAL YOGA
Incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric yoga sling to explore body awareness and release physically and emotionally. Personal power is facilitated through flying movements that are healing to the spirit.
These classes focus on principles of yoga philosophy and movement from a mental health perspective to include somatic awareness, somatic empathy, brain based reactions and Trauma-Sensitive yoga therapy.
